About Us
Quality Without Compromise.
Our Story
One Company.
Two Expert Services.
Fresh Finish Cyprus is a Paphos-based property protection company. We began with a strong focus on high-quality exterior painting, and have since become a trained installer of RESTEC's FLEXITEC 2020 waterproofing and roofing system — bringing both disciplines together under one company.
Today we work across two closely related areas: specialist waterproofing and roofing using FLEXITEC 2020, and premium interior and exterior painting and restoration. Many of our clients use us for both — protecting a property's structure while also giving it a finish they're proud of.
We work on villas, private homes and commercial properties across Paphos, Peyia, Coral Bay, Sea Caves, Polis Chrysochous, Limassol and further afield across Cyprus.
How We Work
A Straightforward Approach.
Assess Properly
No system or price is recommended before we've seen and understood the problem.
Communicate Clearly
Straightforward advice — including telling you when a repair, not a full system, is the right answer.
Finish It Right
Correct preparation and installation to manufacturer requirements, every time.
Our Process
From Enquiry To Finished Project.
Enquiry
You contact us — by phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form — with a few photographs.
Assess
We visit or review your photographs and assess the property or area of concern.
Specify
We recommend the correct system, preparation and finish for your situation.
Install
Our trained team carries out the work to manufacturer and industry standard.
Finish
We inspect the completed work and register any applicable guarantee.
Our Relationship With RESTEC
Trained. Not Affiliated.
Fresh Finish Cyprus is a trained installer of RESTEC's FLEXITEC 2020 waterproofing and roofing system. We install strictly to RESTEC's specification and requirements, which allows qualifying projects to access RESTEC's manufacturer materials guarantee.
We are an independently owned and operated company based in Paphos. Fresh Finish Cyprus is not RESTEC Roofing Systems, is not owned by RESTEC, and does not trade as "RESTEC Cyprus." Our relationship with RESTEC is that of a trained installer of their product.
UK & Cyprus Operations
One Standard.
Two Locations.
Fresh Finish operates in both the United Kingdom and Cyprus, delivering specialist waterproofing, roofing and property protection through trained FLEXITEC 2020 installers.
Our two operations share the same commitment to professional preparation, correct system specification, high-quality installation and long-term property protection.
Fresh Finish Cyprus combines these professional standards with local understanding of the demanding conditions experienced by properties across the island.
